teacher is someone who has the ability to influence and shape a future. However, due to the increasing functional and organizational differences, many teachers are considering a career change. However, teachers are often unaware of their potential and career options available.
Teachers seem to be increasingly dissatisfied with their jobs as a result of growing pressures attached to the job. As the planning of teaching, researching a variety of sources and communicate ideas and knowledge, students were not full-time job in itself, they are increasingly on the receiving end of increasing governmental regulations, subject to the parent fault. Is it any wonder a pretty good number of our teachers are looking for a career change?
While looking for a career change, teachers are often unaware of their career options, and thus, in the end I do not see naturally available career options. They often underestimate and dismiss the importance of the skills acquired while teaching. In fact, many classes require skills in outstanding communication skills excellent organizational acumen, and of being able to write and being able to plan lectures and make them skillfully. These skills are not only exclusive classes - they are the basic skills and form the basis for many others, a rewarding career option.
